Shipping Cost
All products ship FREE to US addresses.
International shipping varies by product and country. Please contact support@peakfamilygifts.com for a quote before placing your order.

Production Time
All our products are printed after your order is received. On standard products, production time is 5-7 working days after order receipt. Many of our products require custom artwork so these will ship in 5-7 days after the artwork is approved by the customer. Art approval time will vary and depends on the quality of photos submitted and the number of emails required to solidify approval. During holiday periods when order volume is very high, these times may be longer.

Mailing Time
All products are shipped from our printer's factories which are located throughout the US. Mailing times normally run 3-7 days depending on location. Mailing times also may be longer during holiday periods

Returns:

Contact support@peakfamilygifts.com with your original order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for returning it. We will respond with a Return Authorization number return address and instructions. The return will be processed and the original payment method refunded within 3 business days of receipt.
